Each year the Peaceful Character Education Foundation (PCEF) embarks on a number of projects aimed at teaching and promoting the Peaceful Solution Character Education Program(PSCEP) as a tool for positive character development. Each SMART Project is designed to achieve maximum impact of character reformation on target group.
